This is the second consecutive year in which Al Safina Security is being nominated in the category. Having won the award in 2016 we adopted the Japanese word 'Kaizen' meaning continuous improvement. Our aim was, is and will remain ‘continuous improvement’ and the delivery of service excellence to our clients and intermediaries alike.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank our valued clients; without them none of this would be possible. And also those who support us within the industry. When I reflect upon the growth of the business and increased number of clients in 2017, this award highlights the co-ordinated efforts of our team which works endlessly behind the scenes 24/7, catering the needs of our clients.
I am sincerely grateful for this high recognition and I would like to extend my congratulations once again to all of this year’s nominees, each of whom have made incredible contributions to the maritime industry. This award demonstrates the capabilities of a market leader in the field of maritime security and I look forward to the prospect of working with more of you in the coming months and year ahead."
